Triston Wallace

Triston Wallace looked after the London region for Skillset, the Sector Skills Council for the Creative Media Industries (broadcast, film, video, computer games, animation, interactive media and photo imaging).

Working with the Mayor’s Office, the London Development Agency, the Learning and Skills Council, training providers and many other key stakeholders, his London responsibilities included ensuring that the skills needs of the Creative Media Industries in London are articulated. He also represented Skillset in all matters relating to the 2012 Olympic skills needs in our industry.

Prior to working at Skillset, Triston looked after the BBC Post Production traineeship in London, Birmingham and Bristol, and was responsible for overseeing the training of 120 BBC Resources staff.

Triston left Skillset in 2009 and has been succeeded by Luke Savage, who is the London and South East Manager for Skillset.
